We are excited to announce a new format for the Miss England contest in 2025!
The next Miss England event will be a championship-style competition. Contestants will need to qualify for the national final by winning a regional title or award in the semi final. If a regional title has already been awarded such as a big city heat as a live event and contestants live in the same area, they can compete for an award to try and make it through to the final.
The Miss England semi-final will be held on Friday, October 3rd, 2025, at the Grand Station Wolverhampton. At the semi-final, contestants can compete for a regional title or award and a place in the next Miss England national final.
I am looking forward to returning to the Grand Station after the successful 2024 final. The focus in the first part of 2025 will be on Milla Magee’s participation in the 72nd Miss World, held in Telangana, India.
We are not yet setting a date or venue for the next Miss England Grand Final but will announce it later this year. Milla is doing a great job as the national titleholder, and we want to give her a longer reign to continue working on her Beauty with a Purpose project, “GoFarWithCPR,” with her local MP Noah Law, which they hope will get through parliament.

The database for the Miss England competition is being reviewed monthly. Selected contestants will be invited to a virtual audition on Zoom on the last Friday of every month until September. Entrants will then submit videos of themselves showing off their catwalk skills, which will be shown on their profiles.

Audition fees are £25, and a payment link will be sent to selected contestants.
Eight monthly virtual auditions will be run between January and September 2025 on Zoom on the last Friday of the month at 12 noon for invited contestants only.
From the monthly virtual auditions, a number of contestants will be shortlisted and invited to the Miss England semi-final to compete for an area or award title such as Miss Talent, Bare Face, CPR Queen, and more (approx 10 awards available, each giving the winner a place in the final).
All Semi Finalists will receive an official Miss England semi-finalist information pack by email, once they qualify which will include the various challenges to compete in leading up to the semi-final.
Previous award winners and former Miss England national finalists are invited to compete in the Miss England semi-final if they have their own sponsor and are eligible to enter.
They will need to attend the virtual auditions to confirm their place but have FREE entry as they have competed in the final before.

The Great Central Railway exists today because a group of determined volunteers, back in 1969, following closure by British Railways, wanted the line to be saved to recreate the experience of main line steam for generations to come. Miss England 2025 semi finalist “Sapphire Carter” a former Miss Leicestershire winner from Leicester, decided to visit the attraction on a special family weekend.

As a Miss England Semi Finalist, I had the joy of spending the day at the Great Central Railway in Leicester, a place that brought history to life in the most beautiful way. Stepping onto the vintage steam trains, with the nostalgic wood panelled carriages and the rhythmic chug of the locomotive, it was a very peaceful and grounding experience.
Miss England Milla Magee launches search for the next CPR Queen ahead of Miss World

Less than a month away from jetting off to India to compete in the 72nd Miss World in Telangana India, The reigning Miss England Milla Magee is preparing to showcase her Beauty with a Purpose Project called Go Far With CPR on the global stage.
But before leaving for the month long festival , Milla has received a letter from HRH Prince William in support of her campaign and called for the help of the future Miss England contestants to raise awareness for her life saving project by introducing a new round in the next competition.
Leading up to the Miss England semi-final event later this year, contestants are invited to compete in a series of qualifying rounds, including sports, talent, a make-up-free, an ethical fashion show, and now, the latest challenge: a CPR Queen challenge!

Whilst in Kosovo , Milla visited the Loyola Elementary School with her project, and appeared on two television shows in Kosovo after being invited by “MyDasma” co-owner Mimoza Cena – Sokoli who invited Milla to sample & try many beautiful gowns by undiscovered designers . MyDasma are creating her Dress & costume for the competition which will be revealed soon ready for her time in India in May 2025!

Milla will be competing in a series of fashion show style events, the sports round and attending charity dinners along with showcasing her project.
Milla had already visited several schools in the southwest of England during her Miss England reign, raising awareness and teaching kids life-saving skills.
At the semi-final in October, Milla will choose a CPR Queen to advance to the next Miss England final. The CPR Queen will be selected from the semi-finalists who put in the most effort to spread the important message and raise awareness on social media, and potentially teach basic CPR skills in local communities & school.
Milla hopes to get CPR training made mandatory in schools across England during her reign and has called for the new contestants to actively get involved in raising awareness.

As a qualified lifeguard and sponsored surfer and volunteer with her local St. John Ambulance, Milla shared, “When my grandparents suffered heart attacks at home, no one knew what to do. Family members waited for help that came too late. If just one of them had known CPR, maybe their story—and mine—would be different. That’s why I’m fighting to make CPR training mandatory in schools. No one should have to stand by helplessly when a life could be saved. I hope the contestants and indeed anyone reading this will sign my petition to help gain support and recognition in Parliament”.

The opening and closing ceremonies, including the grand finale, are scheduled to take place in Hyderabad.

“Valentines Day is a great opportunity to celebrate love for friends, family, pets and even oneself” said Milla.
“Despite living In a world full of dating apps and dating shows, I honestly think I’ll meet my person in the surf or sat having a cup of tea somewhere.
I was just 9 when a boy at school came up to me and gave me my first kiss on the cheek! It was so sweet !
I don’t believe in Love at First sight .. I’m a believer in getting to know someone first .
I think you can be attracted to someone at first sight but not love. Love is a powerful strong thing that is taken for granted now, and we need to treasure it.
I am currently single. I always say the right person will fit at the right time, I don’t like to go out and seek that, I know when it will be it will be.
The one and only romantic gesture I have ever received, was for my birthday and I happened to mention to a lovely guy I was friends with that I wanted a particular album for my record collection, I LOVE records.
He happened to find the record and drive all the way out of town to a record store miles away, and surprised me with this record on my birthday. I will forever be grateful and cherish the record in my collection.

Miss England Championships – New Format announced
The date for the next Miss England semi final has been set .
In 2025 , the next Miss England contest will be held as a championship style competition where contestants have to qualify for the next final by winning a regional or brand title.
Along with a small number of live qualifying heats, the competition is holding a semi final at the Grand Station Wolverhampton on Friday 3rd October 2025.
At the semi final , contestants can compete for a regional title & a place in the next Miss England national final.

FREE AUDITIONS – are taking place at the National Pageant Expo on Sunday 16th February. Once you buy your tickets just turn up at the Expo, also being held at the Grand Station Wolverhampton between 9.15-11.45am . Dress code – Pink top and black bottoms to audition in the Brunel Suite with the Miss England team. The audition will take a maximum of half an hour and it may be with other contenders. This audition will include a photoshoot with Bamboo Photo lab and catwalk.

They will join DIRECT HEAT winners including; FabUK Magazine Top Model winner , Miss Manchester , Cheshire & Lancashire , Shropshire & London in the next Miss England Grand final where a much smaller group of finalists (compared to recent years) will compete for the National title.
The venue and date for the next Miss England national final will be announced in the late Spring of 2025 , the national winner will qualify for the 73rd Miss World final .
