Miss England 2018 Alisha Cowie has become an ambassador for Papyrus .
Alisha met the Papyrus founder during an interview at the BBC on the Victoria Derbyshire show .
After speaking in the national media about her friend Sarah that committed suicide when she was just 14 , Alisha decided she wanted to highlight how Suicide is the UKs biggest killer of young people .
