Alexandria Crystal (15) who is preparing for her GCSES is the youngest contestant so far to qualify for the Miss England 2024 Semi-Final , the nation’s entry to Miss World.

Alexandria is hoping to showcase her singing & acting talents in the one day contest .

In the lead up to April 2024 Alex will be one of 50 women aged 16-27 from across England to compete in a series of qualifying rounds including a Beauty with a purpose charity awareness round , catwalk , interview and talent round.
Alexandria turns 16 before the semi-final takes place & is thrilled to be taking part in her first ever pageant.
“Im going to give it my best shot at the title, in the process I am determined to help other people gain access to better opportunities in life, a vote for me is a vote for the thousands of neurodiverse people I represent as well as all the people I raise funds for through the Beauty With A Purpose charity. I would love to be crowned Miss England and represent the country at Miss World where I could have the opportunity of promoting Dyslexia Awareness on a global scale.”
Alexandria’s mum said “Alexandria has always done things her way, even when she’s been teased or criticised she has always kept strong and motivated regardless, she has determination and ambition most adults don’t possess. I am incredibly proud of her”.
No stranger to the stage the talented singer and actress has also recently been signed by ” I am Epic” talent Agents and now set her sights firmly reaching the final of the prestigious Miss England contest .

Beauty with a Purpose & Talent…. Alexandria will be focused on the talent element of the competition & using her platform to raise awareness for Dyslexia as her Beauty with a Purpose project. Both Alexandria and her brother have been diagnosed with Dyslexia & Alexandria appreciates the challenges people face especially at school. Alex wants to encourage more people to discuss dyslexia and gain more support for those with it.
The Miss England semi final takes place at Viva Blackpool on the 7th April 2024 to find the remaining 20 Miss England national finalists .

Miss England
The current Miss England is Jessica Gagen (27) who graduated in Aerospace En
gineering earlier this year . Jessica is set to represent England at the 71st Miss World in March in India where her Beauty with a Purpose project is promoting more women in STEM careers.
